Watch demoWhen you need help,
getting it shouldn't be difficult.
Many gym members train independently. When they are unsure about exercise technique, getting quick feedback is not always easy.
Ask a trainer
Floor trainers may already be helping another member or may not be nearby.
Film yourself
Setting up a phone, finding the right angle and reviewing the footage creates unnecessary friction.
Ignore the doubt
The easiest option is often simply to continue without checking.
AI-ron removes this friction.
The analysis system comes to the member — not the other way around.
AI-ron complements trainers — it does not replace them.
Help in four simple steps.
AI-ron brings exercise support directly to the member when they need it.
Call AI-ron

Correct and retry
